Our Story
10G was created to meet an unfulfilled need - to provide a world-class sales team for small and medium sized businesses. To accomplish this, Patrick assembled a highly experienced team of researchers, marketers, business developers, account managers, and senior salespeople to fill this gap. The 10G team works in an agile environment which lets them move fast and adapt quickly to your needs while also responding to evolving market trends.
The term 10G comes from the maximum amount of force that a fighter pilot can withstand before losing control. So, we named the company 10G because we firmly believe that no matter how far a company has veered in the wrong direction, we can pull them out of the tailspin and get them back on the course to achieving their goals. With years of experience, customized solutions, expert-built technologies, and a team that actually cares, 10G can get you on the fast track to revenue acceleration.
Leadership
Patrick started his career in the U.S. by becoming the Head of Growth for an AdTech platform, plzADvize. He led the platform to over $3M in transactions within five months of launch. He then went on to found N.T.R. Consulting where he built custom high performance inside sales and business development engines for an array of companies. When he’s not working on 10G (which lets be honest he’s always doing) you can find him spending time with his wife, dog (daughter) Layla, or playing guitar. The dream.
A Boston native, Nathan started his career as an Engineer in his hometown, but was quickly drawn to San Francisco after a quick work trip in the Bay Area, now he's lived there ever since. Pivoting from Engineering to Sales was an easy transition for Nathan. Applying a (predictably) data driven approach to the sales process enabled him to identify, engage, and close high value clients rapidly. When Nathan’s not taming Patrick’s wildest dreams you can find him taking long walks along the beach (no really), watching copious amounts of comedy, or watching the Patriots. (You can take the boy out of Boston…)
When asked “What do you do?” most are able to deliver a few scripted lines that sound really well put together. It’s hard for Tom to do that because it changes. It changes not just in the various roles and responsibilities he’s had but, in the days, hours and even minutes of the day. The one constant has been and continues to be creating a culture. One that is obsessed with results, innovation and talent. Tom’s worked with some companies with amazing institutional knowledge (Marriott & Walt Disney) and he enjoys bringing entrepreneurial agility to help create a better future for all of our talent & clients at 10G.
